Machine Operator – 4-Day Work Week!
Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Shifts Available:
- First Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM ($19/hour)
- Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM ($21/hour)
Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed

What You’ll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process by:
- Setting up and operating high-speed coffee or tea packaging machines
- Performing quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards
- Replenishing materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area
- Assembling and labeling boxes, and supporting other production tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant machine operator experience)
Stable work history and consistent reliability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work at a fast pace and meet production goals
- Dependability matters — we value team members who show up ready to contribute and take pride in their work.
- Demonstrated ability to stand for long periods and read instructions clearly
