Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of our facility, equipment, and building systems. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Inspect facility, equipment, and appliances to ensure proper functionality Perform routine maintenance and coordinate replacement of damaged or outdated equipment Ensure electrical wiring meets safety and regulatory standards Identify and coordinate with subcontractors for larger repair projects Respond to on-call and emergency maintenance needs Maintain a safe and clean work environment Support team operations and complete additional tasks as assigned Qualifications Qualifications 3–5 years of maintenance or related experience required Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 45 lbs Must be able to bend, climb, crawl, and perform hands-on work Comfortable working in various weather conditions Schedule Full-time, non-exempt position Day shift On-call availability required
