Client Service Consultant – Dallas, TX We are looking to add a Client Service Consultant to join our Property Casualty team in Dallas, TX. Essential Responsibilities Understand client operations and exposures to ensure appropriate coverage is in place or coverage options are provided. Consult with the team for pre‑renewal meetings on qualifying accounts and develop client opportunities. Market renewal policies and negotiate with insurance company underwriters. Review quotes for accuracy and prepare proposal documents for clients. Ensure account and policy accuracy by maintaining up‑to‑date customer information, coverage schedules, policies, endorsements, and audits. Prepare client renewal documents and archive them in the agency management system (e.g., PSR, schedules, applications, experience mod worksheets, loss runs and summary). Qualifications Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of customer service, underwriting, or risk management experience in the insurance industry. Licensing: Active state‑specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or ability to obtain within three months of hire. Skills & Technical Competencies Apply insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Contribute to workflows, processes, and deliverables using agency systems to deliver a world‑class client experience and ensure compliance.
