You can bring the van home with you Opportunities for extra hours (charters & activity trips) Parttime benefits package: Dental, vision, 401(k), and more Supportive, safety first work environment Make a real impact in your local community What You’ll Do Safely transport students to and from school and events Assist students entering/exiting vehicle and using specialized safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc.) Drive assigned routes Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain a clean, safe vehicle Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies Requirements School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate (or willingness to obtain — we train!) Safe driving record Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience Ability to pass background check, drug screening, & 7D physical Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written) Ideal Candidates Retirees & Former Professionals: Use your leadership skills to manage a mobile environment without corporate stress.
