Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience supporting school-age children with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication and organization abilities
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and deliver targeted interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to create effective communication support strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and prepare necessary documentation
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Maintain detailed, timely records in compliance with state and district requirements
