VP, Real Estate RWI & Transaction Risk
Howden Compressors Inc.
Howden is seeking a Vice President for Real Estate Representations & Warranties Insurance (RWI) to lead complex real estate transactions. This hybrid role can be based out of Los Angeles or New York City, collaborating with private equity sponsors, law firms, lenders, and insurers. The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of real estate purchase agreements, due diligence, and transactional risk products, while guiding clients and underwriting teams through deal execution from start to #J-18808-Ljbffr Howden
