This role assists in the coordination of production and sales activities between CP Group factories in Europe, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service to customers.Task and dutiesPosition, Level IAssist with scheduling and organizing deliveries: Help coordinate timely product deliveries to Beverage Division customers to ensure reliable serviceProcess and forward customer orders: Receive customer orders and route them for execution as per established sales procedures to guarantee accurate fulfillmentSupport communication between departments: Liaise with Sales, Production Planning, Invoicing, Logistics, and other teams to resolve issues and efficiently meet customer needsManage ERP documentation: Enter and update production orders, call offs, and shipments in the ERP system to maintain accurate records and streamline operationsOrganize customer correspondence and arrangements: Handle communications regarding production, inventory, deliveries, and complaints to keep customers informed and satisfiedMonitor returnable packaging and prepare reports: Track packaging turnover and compile reports to support inventory management and sustainability goalsAssist with invoice preparation and corrections: Help issue sales invoices and corrections, ensuring accurate billing for products and packagingSupport financial and tax reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual balances and reports for both customers and tax representatives to ensure compliance and transparencyRequired Qualifications - Qualifications and Education Position, Level ISecondary education/Bachelor's DegreeRequired Qualifications - Work Experience Position, Level In/aRequired Qualifications - SkillsPosition, Level IClear and professional communicationOrganizational skillsProblem-solving and adaptabilityCustomer orientationAttention to detailRequired Qualifications - Knowledge Position, Level INice to have: SAP ECC, SAP S4H Rise, Integrated Busness Planning, MS OfficeRequired Qualifications - Training Position, Level IRequired Qualifications - Language Position, Level IEnglish - B2/C1Local languageWork Independence / Supervision Level Position, Level IModerate /General: The employee performs a variety of routine work within established policies and procedures and receives detailed instructions on new tasks.
