The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) discipline and 8 years of experience; 6 years with Master’s.Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years.Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP).Must have the ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.At least 1 year of experience working in the Aerospace and or the Defense field.3 years of experience as CAM and or EVMS.Excellent communication, mentoring, interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior management, peers, and employees.These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Experience working on ICBMs.Understanding and proven experience leading Sustainment technical scope of workActive TS Clearance, program access.Familiarity with Agile engineering and Jira.Experience managing an engineering team is preferred.Minimum of 3 years in a formal lead/ management position.Experience creating or growing new sections or departments.Working knowledge and/or experience across engineering disciplines.General understanding of Northrop Grumman engineering processes.Proven performance as an engineering leader in all phases of acquisition, design, integration, and execution.Ability to rapidly assess and lend guidance to projects assigned to the organizational group as well as demonstrated mentoring and guidance to engineers.#Sentinelmechanical#SentinelleadershipPrimary Level Salary Range: $151,500.00 - $227,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
