360 Management Group is seeking an enthusiastic, high energy Front Desk Attendant/Leasing Specialist for a multi county Property Management Company. Must have strong customer service skills, be energetic and detailed oriented, be able to adapt to change, thrive in a fast pace environment and learn on the job.
Primary responsibilities include answering phones, interacting with residents and applicants, showing available rental properties, screening rental applications, creating and executing lease agreements, keeping current knowledge of fair housing laws and creating positive interactions with every encounter.
This position covers several counties. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel from county to county a must. Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
