Partner Experience Manager II

Partner Experience Manager II Alegeus is seeking a Partner Experience Manager II to streamline partner operations, improve self‑service capabilities, and support a leading SaaS health‑tech platform. Responsibilities Act as a proactive change agent, demonstrating urgency, persistence, level‑headedness, and results‑oriented decision making. Negotiate and prioritize client requests with technical teams, escalating issues when necessary. Implement high‑level strategies to meet project objectives and deadlines. Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication, clear expectations, and contract management. Review and recommend enhancements to Business Process Flows to optimize efficiency within the Alegeus application. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in Client Service Delivery, Account Management, or a similar role within a SaaS environment. 2–5 years of experience managing Consumer‑Driven Health (CDH) accounts, Third‑Party Administrator (TPA) benefits, or Health Plans is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Strong communication skills across all levels, from C‑suite to entry‑level staff. Ability to manage the customer lifecycle in a fast‑paced, highly nuanced environment. Benefits Hybrid work environment with 25% onsite time in Maitland, FL.
