This role is deployed on multiple projects whose duration extends 3 to 12 months and includes multiple subcontractors and multiple disciplinary scopes of work. What Are We Looking For Associates degree required in a field related to construction (e.g., engineering, architecture) or equivalent related work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in a role performing project management job functions for construction projects. Experience with building infrastructure and/or energy reduction initiatives required. Additional certifications (e.g., CEM, LEED AP, EIT, or PE) also a plus. Proficient with planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed phases of projects. Proficient time‑management skills to follow the various detailed phases of projects. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. CAD experience a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to think quickly to resolve problems in real time; organizational skills and close attention to detail are also important.
