Oversee construction projects from bid to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency. Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes. Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong understanding of construction terminology, estimating, scheduling, and reading construction documents. Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong project management skills, including estimating and scheduling. Strong technical skills across all construction trades. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
