We want a polished, driven sales professional who knows how to command a showroom, build real relationships, and deliver a luxury experience that feels effortless. If you’ve got a minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience, this is your chance to step into a brand that defines prestige.
What You’ll Do (and Do Well)
• Welcome clients with confidence, warmth, and genuine professionalism
• Guide guests through a seamless, high-touch purchase experience
• Master the Jaguar, Land Rover, and CPO product lineup
• Build long-term client relationships that turn into repeat business
• Follow up with purpose—calls, texts, emails, video…whatever it takes
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management to deliver excellence
Who You Are
• A proven performer with 2+ years of automotive sales experience (required)
• Bonus: leadership experience or prior sales manager responsibilities
• Passionate about luxury vehicles and premium customer service
• A strong communicator who can influence, educate, and inspire
• Self-driven, competitive, and committed to continuous improvement
• A licensed driver with a clean record and a sharp, professional presence
