We're looking for a Playbook Architect — someone who can design the marketing initiatives our local managers actually use, analyze what's working, work with all our stakeholders to design and operationalize tactics, and help a distributed team of operators show up for their communities with consistency and enthusiasm.The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, and thrives on organization, accuracy, and follow-through.What You'll DoBuild the Happy Playbook. Design a practical, high-impact marketing manual — a library of "plays" local managers can run to drive awareness, trial, and loyalty at their specific locations.Coordinate Across 100+ Locations. Serve as the central point of contact for field marketing, ensuring promotions launch on time, on-brand, and with the energy they deserve.Own the ROI Analysis. After every campaign, dig into the numbers. What moved the needle? What didn't? Translate findings into clear recommendations that inform the next play.Stretch the Budget. We keep marketing spend lean so we can keep quality high. Find creative, low-cost ways to build local buzz without burning through resources.Report to Leadership. Turn performance data into clean, compelling monthly dashboards that show exactly how marketing is contributing to the business.Leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance decision making, ensuring ethical use, data integrity, and human oversight in all outputsWho You AreBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.1–2 years of marketing experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to negotiate and sell ideas to field managers and cross-functional partners.Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and follow-ups.The "Coach" Personality: You have a direct, consultative, and upbeat communication style. You aren't afraid to pick up the phone and motivate a manager to try a new marketing play.Strategic and Systems-Minded.
