2nd Shift CNC Machinist (Milling & Grinding) Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM | $26.00 – $34.00 /hour + 15% shift differential | Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) with match We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in milling and/or grinding and/or turning to join our team in a high‑precision, aerospace manufacturing environment. This role involves setting up and operating CNC equipment, maintaining tight tolerances, and ensuring quality standards are met across a variety of complex parts. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling and/or grinding machines with minimal supervision Perform job changeovers, tool changes, and make program or offset adjustments as needed Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions to ensure parts meet specifications Machine a variety of metals (stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, Inconel, etc.) to tight tolerances (±0.001) Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators, etc.) to verify dimensions Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections to ensure quality standards Operate multiple machines simultaneously when required Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement efforts Qualifications 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience (milling and/or grinding preferred) Experience in aerospace or high‑precision manufacturing environment strongly preferred Hands‑on experience with multi‑axis CNC machines Familiarity with FANUC or similar CNC controls Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading Experience with machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Education High school diploma or equivalent required Pay Details: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
