Accounts Payable Supervisor

Overview We’re seeking a strong, motivated Accounts Payable Supervisor to join a growing team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of AP Analysts, ensuring performance and development Manage workflow queues, prioritize tasks, and resolve aged items Handle vendor and internal escalations with professionalism and urgency Ensure compliance with AP policies and drive process improvements Monitor KPIs and contribute to cross-functional projects Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain service excellence Qualifications Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (managing 7–10 direct reports) Experience in high-volume AP environments Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP a plus) Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn systems Ability to lead with integrity, resilience, and a team-first mindset Hybrid schedule (Work from Home Fridays) Competitive salary + 15% bonus Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Matching Career growth and leadership development opportunities Job details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing Industries: Food and Beverage Services and Food and Beverage Manufacturing Location and compensation Englewood, CO Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 This range is provided by LHH.
