Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, evaluating emotional, mental, and social factors that affect their well-being.

• Provide counseling and emotional support to seniors and their families as they navigate the complexities of end-of-life care and associated transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role encompasses elderly clients residing in a hospice environment. Many clients face serious health challenges that require sensitive and specialized social work interventions. The LCSW will assist clients and their families during a particularly vulnerable and challenging time, helping them comprehend and cope with emotional distress, unresolved issues, and transitional care needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
