Description
-Integral part of all business operations and maintain visibility and interactions with staff
- Business Performance, KPI’s, and financial reporting
- Direct the flow of all internal administrative and operations
- Lead and hold accountable Sales and Project Management teams
- Define, create and maintain company culture through daily interaction with staff
-HR, including building and maintaining company culture, compliance, compensation, onboarding and training

Requirements

Requirements

- Must have at least 5 year’s experience in production environment
-Verifiable track record of operations and sales leadership
- Proficiency in project management and financial analysis, job cost, budget, KPI’s
-Tech savvy with advanced MS Office, Excel, QuickBooks, ERP
-Ability to build relationships with customers and all levels of employees
