Senior Manager, Career and Performance Development

The Senior Manager, Career & Performance Development will own the enterprise strategy for talent development across career stages and sustain a high‑performance, development‑centric culture. Key Responsibilities Design and implement an enterprise approach to career development, creating a scalable, inclusive ecosystem aligned with business capability needs and succession priorities. Drive the Performance & Development Connections (PDC) framework, owning its philosophy, process architecture, and annual calendar to foster accountability, inclusive conversations, and measurable results. Lead analytics and impact initiatives, building data sets that track short‑, mid‑, and long‑term program effectiveness and linking talent development outcomes to business indicators. Build and inspire a high‑performing team of talent professionals, developing facilitation guides, toolkits, and learning experiences that elevate practice quality. Collaborate with Workday Talent product owners to optimize technology configuration, maximizing adoption and data integrity across the performance and development cycle. Integrate external research, benchmarking, and market intelligence to provide market‑informed talent strategy recommendations for senior HR leadership. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, career development, and/or performance management within a complex, global organization. Proven track record of designing and measuring enterprise‑scale talent development solutions. Deep knowledge of career development frameworks, performance management best practices, and adult learning principles. 5+ years of people‑leadership experience with a strong commitment to developing others. Executive presence and credibility to influence senior leaders, HRBPs, and cross‑functional partners across geographies and cultures. Experience working with Workday Talent and development modules and translating business requirements into effective system design. Experience with leadership assessment tools and methodology; Hogan certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field strongly preferred. Compensation Annual base salary range: $146,521.66 – $204,609.99. Compensation type: salary; incentive eligible: yes; sales commission eligible: no. Salary will consider seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
