Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and construct individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nurses to provide comprehensive and coordinated care
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate clients and caregivers on therapy methods, enabling continuous progress in their own environments
• Track Progress and Adjust: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track

Education Credentials

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education or additional certifications highly encouraged and facilitated

Licensing and Certification

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
