Litigation Associate

Litigation & White Collar Associate A leading global law firm is seeking a 2–4 year Associate to join its Litigation & White Collar practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated matters including civil and criminal litigation, internal investigations, congressional investigations, regulatory enforcement and corporate compliance. Associates will gain exposure to complex investigations and high-profile disputes while working closely with experienced practitioners within a collaborative and fast-paced team. Location: United States (Multiple Offices) Key Responsibilities Assist with witness interviews, depositions and witness testimony preparation Support document collection, review and management for discovery matters Conduct legal research and prepare analytical memoranda and case summaries Draft and respond to discovery requests and dispositive motions Assist with jury instructions and other litigation filings Support corporate compliance projects and due diligence reviews Interact with clients, co-counsel and opposing counsel on active matters Who You Are 2–4 years of experience in litigation and white collar matters Experience with internal investigations, civil or criminal litigation, and enforcement matters Excellent research, writing and analytical skills Strong ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment Collaborative and proactive work style Strong communication skills and ability to work with sophisticated clients Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of the office location or eligible for admission Compensation Salary Range: $260,000 – $310,000 (DOE) Benefits: Annual discretionary bonus, comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), flexible time off, parental leave and additional wellness and family benefits #TPOPS | MLB236 #J-18808-Ljbffr
