Role Description As an Account Associate – State Farm Agent Team Member for Jonathan Wingard – State Farm Agent, you are vital to daily business operations and customer success. You grow the agency through meaningful customer relations, serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
