Overview Founding Recruiter | AI Infrastructure Startup | Series A | NYC Our client is building AI agents that learn how a business actually operates and turn that knowledge into executable instructions AI can act on. Backed by a top-tier VC firm with a recent $20M+ Series A, founded by leaders from a well-known enterprise data/AI company, and already working with recognizable enterprise logos. Responsibilities Own outbound sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Twitter/X, and Reddit to fill 4-5 engineering roles per month Conduct initial technical screens on language experience, AI background, and overall fit Build recruiting infrastructure from scratch - ATS, sourcing workflows, interview loops, candidate experience Sit with founders and hiring managers in-office for real-time hiring decisions and calibration Help grow engineering headcount across two offices, with immediate priority on the NYC team Qualifications 2-5 years sourcing and closing engineering hires at high-growth startups (Series A/B) Track record sourcing and closing ML, infra, or backend engineering roles Experience recruiting across multiple international markets a plus Strong outbound sourcer beyond LinkedIn - comfortable on GitHub, Twitter/X, Reddit Able to technically screen engineers on languages and AI relevance Experience building recruiting ops from scratch (pipelines, scorecards, systems) Hungry, outbound-driven self-starter who thrives without a lot of structure Details Location: New York, NY - 5 days in-office Visa: existing H-1B and O-1 visas can transfer; no new visa sponsorship available #J-18808-Ljbffr
