You'll have the opportunity to work hands-on with 480V power, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, robotics, servos, instrumentation, and automated production equipment while becoming a go-to electrical resource for the plant.If you enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, and getting to the root cause of equipment issues, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work in a highly automated manufacturing environment.What You'll DoTroubleshoot 480V three-phase systems, VFDs, motor controls, and automated equipmentDiagnose PLC-controlled machinery using I/O and ladder logicTroubleshoot Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC/HMI systemsWork with robotics, servo drives, sensors, instrumentation, and safety circuitsPerform electrical preventive maintenance and help improve equipment reliabilityIdentify recurring equipment failures and participate in root-cause analysisRead and maintain electrical schematics and technical documentationPartner with Production and Maintenance teams to safely reduce downtimeServe as a key electrical resource for troubleshooting and automation supportWhat We're Looking For3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experienceStrong troubleshooting skills with 480V, VFDs, and motor controlsExperience troubleshooting PLC-controlled industrial equipmentAbility to read electrical schematics and independently diagnose problemsKnowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation, and machine safetyFood or beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferredAllen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLC experience preferredRobotics and servo experience is a plusNJ electrical license, journeyman card, or apprentice registration is a plus — not requiredWhy This Opportunity?$25–$40/hour, based on experienceMonday–Friday day shiftBenefits packageWork with PLCs, controls, robotics, servos, and automationEstablished manufacturer with 35+ years of stabilityOpportunity to take ownership of electrical troubleshooting and reliabilityA hands-on environment where your technical expertise will make a direct impactOccasional overtime and weekend coverage may be required.Interested in putting your electrical and automation skills to work?
