Registered Nurse - ICU

$2325.60/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized intensive care nursing to critically ill patients in a hospital setting. Ensure high-quality patient care through advanced clinical skills and adherence to hospital protocols. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor critically ill patients to identify changes in condition and implement appropriate interventions. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following physicians' orders and safety standards. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans. Respond promptly to on-call and emergent situations, including floating to different campuses as needed. Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, including travel and on-call requirements. Document patient progress and care activities accurately in electronic health records. Qualifications: Hold valid Ohio or Compact state nursing license at the time of submission. Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent ICU travel experience, with a preference for 2 years. Be ACLS and BLS certified. Demonstrate ability to float across multiple campuses and handle on-call duties promptly. Have Epic experience preferred. Able to work a 3x12-hour day shift from 7:00 to 19:00.
