AdvantaServ is a locally rooted and growing service company focused on residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing services. We’re known for our professionalism, reliability, and customer-first approach - and we’re looking for dependable, well-rounded HVAC professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to grow with a strong local team.

We’re currently accepting applications for experienced apprentices, journeyman technicians, and individuals with hands-on HVAC experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of installation, service work, troubleshooting, and ductwork, and wants to continue developing their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling equipment
• Perform full system installs, retrofits, and change-outs
• Fabricate, install, and modify ductwork systems
• Complete seasonal maintenance and system inspections
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers in their home or business
• Maintain accurate job documentation and work orders
• Work safely, efficiently, and professionally in a variety of environments

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required - apprentice level through journeyman considered
• Journeyman HVAC License preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• EPA certification preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and ServiceTitan experience are pluses
