In this role, you will support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, help maintain smooth clinic operations, and create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. You will assist in both clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of service.What You'll DoPrepare patients for exams and procedures by taking vital signs, recording medical history, and updating patient charts.Document patient information in the EMR following best practice standards including compliance with HIPPA.Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.Perform basic laboratory tests and collect/prep specimens for analysis.Administer injectable medications and immunizations as ordered by Provider.Immunization ordering, tracking, and daily inventory monitoring in adherence with the Vaccines for Children Program and the Wisconsin Immunization Registry.Educate patients on follow-up care, procedures, and treatments.Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and medical equipment to ensure a clean, safe environment.Assist with scheduling, referrals, and electronic medical record (EMR) documentation (experience with Epic preferred).Triage patient calls and provide backup support at the front desk when needed.Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and patient confidentiality regulations.What You'll ReceiveA culture built on patient care, teamwork, and community impactCompetitive pay & benefits to support your well-being 20 days of Paid Time Off (accrual starts on day one)8 Paid HolidaysMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) with up to 5% company matchShort & Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance (company paid)What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Medical Assistant Certification.CPR/BLS Certification required.1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.Comfortable working with diverse populations and in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of EMR, medical terminology, medications, immunizations, phlebotomy and lab preferred.Noble Community Clinics is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action employer.
