Onsite Only (No Remote or Hybrid Option) Requirements What You'll Do Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close support Support revenue recognition and job cost accounting Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules Prepare sales & use tax, property tax, and other compliance filings Assist with annual audits and tax return preparation Analyze financial data and drive process improvements Ensure accurate general ledger reporting and financial records What We're Looking For 5+ years of financial accounting experience Manufacturing or service industry experience preferred CPA or accounting certification is a plus Knowledge of sales tax compliance Advanced Excel and accounting system skills Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment Benefits Multiple Medical Plan Options Dental & Vision Insurance Life, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Location: Milwaukee, WI | Onsite Only (No Remote or Hybrid Option) Work Environment: This is a fully onsite position.
