Primary Office Location: 501 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh, North Carolina 27601. Position Title Financial Advisor, Business Unit: WM – FNIS. Reports to: Varies based on assignment. Position Overview This position supports the Bank’s business plan and established goals through customary activities, including outside calls to current and potential customers. The incumbent provides the highest quality service to every customer. Primary Responsibilities Manage and service existing clients and bank customers, building stronger relationships by learning individual financial needs and supplying appropriate products. Actively pursue acquisition of new clients from internal referrals and external sources, selling various investment products. Identify potential sales opportunities and act upon them by initiating investment products with customers or referring them to other lines of business such as Trust, Insurance, or loans. Identify opportunities for Associate Financial Advisors for additional training in customer profiling, sales skills, or meeting goals. Demonstrate knowledge in all disciplines within Wealth Management and cross‑refer customers and prospects; refer retail bank products to Retail. Maintain all client files, complete all required Continuing Education (CE) and FINRA licensing. Review the work of licensed bankers for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with government regulations attached to their licenses. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Serve as risk managers by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring risk per F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program. Minimum Experience and Education High School diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of job‑related experience. Skills Excellent management skills. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in personal computer and job‑related software (MS Word—basic, MS Excel—intermediate, MS PowerPoint—basic). Licenses & Certifications Life/Health and FINRA Series 7 and 63 & 65 or S66 required. Physical Requirements Beyond traditional office work: No additional requirements (N/A).
