Administrative Coordinator

Carroll Electric Cooperative Corp

Administrative Coordinator To provide administrative support services to the departmental vice president. Reports to Vice President, Team Services. Directs none, except as may be assigned for special assignments or other temporary duties. Cooperates or coordinates with all persons, both within and outside the cooperative as deemed necessary to carry out the responsibilities of the position. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or higher in business administration or secretarial administration preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications required. Experience: Three years of receptionist and/or secretarial responsibility is preferred. Experience in a related area will be considered in lieu of education. Requires ability and willingness to exercise the highest degree of confidentiality when handling various records. Prepares reports or other information needed by using various Microsoft Office programs and other software. Drafts letters of correspondence as directed by the vice president. Coordinates various meetings or appointments as requested. Performs duties consistent with board policies, federal and state regulations, and established safety rules. Attends various meetings, prepares agendas, and minutes. Generates and issues reports. Requires ability and willingness to safely operate Cooperative vehicles, as assigned. Requires ability and willingness to effectively coordinate with and provide support to various workgroups. Requires ability and willingness to maintain a neat workspace and organize both physical and electronic records. Requires ability and willingness to lift light loads often and medium loads occasionally. Performs other duties as requested or required by the position. Carroll Electric Cooperative Corp
