Assistant Rehab Director

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant, Director of Rehab (PTA or PT) to join our Milwaukee, WI Skilled Nursing Facility. Salaried Role - Starting at $70,000 - Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview* Prior Management experience preferred As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with the Director to help oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Continuing Care Rehab setting. You will co-manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives. Qualifications: Current state licensure as a (PTA or PT) Long Term Care Management experience is preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines At Broad River Rehab we value our staff and their dedication to our mission of making a difference in every resident’s life.
