Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

A well-established outpatient primary care group is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for its Inverness, Florida location. Join a team focused on delivering personalized, high-quality healthcare while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient primary care
  

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  

• No inpatient responsibilities
  

• Patient mix includes managed care, fee-for-service, and traditional Medicare
  

• Gradual ramp-up with 6–8 patients daily for new providers
  

• Established physicians average 12–15 patients per day
  

• 40-minute new patient visits
  

• 30-minute follow-up visits
  

• Shared telephone call rotation of approximately 1:12, one week at a time
  

• Office support staff
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $230,000 | Performance bonus opportunity

Qualifications

• MD or DO
  

• 1–2 years of experience in primary care preferred
  

• Board certification or board eligibility not required - ACNs accepted
  

• Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
