Project Manager - Healthcare IT

Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with experience in healthcare IT or payer/provider systems . This role will manage project timelines, communicate with cross-functional teams, and ensure client success in a remote-first environment. Candidates must be open to traveling once a month to the client site . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution. Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams. Manage sprint planning, status reporting, risk management, and change control. Facilitate team stand-ups, retrospectives, and milestone reviews. Document project requirements, define scope, and track deliverables. Partner with technical leads, QA, and business analysts to meet project goals. Prepare client-facing reports and present updates to executive stakeholders. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management. At least 2–3 years in healthcare (payer, provider, or health tech). Strong understanding of HIPAA, EHR systems, or health claims processing. Experience working with Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid delivery models. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and/or other PM tools. Ability to travel to client site once a month. Why Join Arka Innovate?
