Automotive Service Advisor

Full-time, Location: Prescott Valley, AZ, US. Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually. Service Advisor/Writer The Service Advisor/Writer works with customers to schedule service work and communicate any additional service needed. What We Offer Ongoing career development opportunities : Specialized job training, certifications, and professional development, and assistance in continuing education Comprehensive health and welfare plan to all full-time employees (30+ hours/week): Major Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance (Basic, Supplemental, Spouse, and Child available) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off Qualified retirement plan (401k) with Employer Match Fair and competitive compensation Essential Job Functions Identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed to keep them up to date with their RV’s status Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required Experience: A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred Abilities: Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and strong work ethic Commitment to superior customer service Ability to work independently as well as on a team Knowledge or ability to learn company computer system applications, including Motility Systems 2K, and other software applicable Ability to safely handle solvents and chemicals Ability to move RVs of various sizes Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds Camper’s Inn RV is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
