Role Description The Senior Compensation Analyst is a full-time, hybrid position based out of Tampa, FL. This position is responsible for designing, analyzing, and maintaining compensation programs that support the organization’s talent strategy and align with market practices. Day-to-day tasks include conducting job analyses and evaluations, developing and updating compensation structures, performing market pricing and benchmarking, and preparing detailed compensation reports and recommendations for leadership. The role also partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure pay practices are equitable, compliant, and consistent, and provides guidance on compensation-related policies, offers, and promotions. The Senior Compensation Analyst will contribute to ongoing process improvements, support annual compensation planning cycles, and help drive data-informed decisions across the organization. Conduct market pricing and benchmarking studies using healthcare and general industry compensation surveys. Evaluate external market competitiveness and internal pay relationships to support salary structures, hiring ranges, promotional increases, and retention strategies. Analyze compensation trends and recommend adjustments to compensation programs, policies, and salary structures. Support annual salary structure reviews and market movement assessments. Compensation Modeling & Planning Develop compensation models and financial analyses to support annual merit, market, and incentive planning cycles. Partner with Finance and HR leaders to evaluate compensation budgets and forecast labor cost impacts. Create scenario analyses and modeling tools to support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives. Provide compensation recommendations for new positions, reorganizations, and strategic workforce initiatives. Pay Equity & Compliance Conduct pay equity analyses to identify and address potential disparities. Monitor compensation practices for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Support audits, governance reviews, and documentation requirements related to compensation programs. Assist in maintaining job architecture, pay structures, and compensation governance processes. Reporting & Governance Develop recurring and ad hoc compensation reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Support Compensation Committee, executive leadership, and governance reporting requirements. Prepare analyses and materials for annual compensation reviews, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles. Maintain compensation metrics and key performance indicators to support organizational decision-making. Assist with physician and advanced practice provider compensation analyses, benchmarking, and reporting. Support provider compensation plan evaluations and financial modeling. Interpret healthcare compensation survey data and industry trends. Collaborate with provider leadership and finance teams on compensation-related initiatives. HR Partnership & Consultation Serve as a compensation subject matter expert to HR Business Partners and leaders. Consult on job evaluations, promotions, organizational design changes, and compensation-related employee matters. Educate leaders on compensation philosophy, policies, and market practices. Participate in compensation system enhancements and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field. 5+ years of progressive compensation analysis experience. Strong experience with market benchmarking, compensation modeling, and data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques. Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and dashboards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Experience in healthcare, health systems, physician groups, or provider organizations. Knowledge of physician compensation models, provider productivity measures (wRVUs), and healthcare compensation surveys. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification. Experience with HRIS, compensation management systems, and business intelligence tools. Experience conducting pay equity analyses and compensation governance reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
