Showroom Sales Specialist Role Summary: We’re looking for a creative, client-focused professional to guide customers through the design and execution of custom interior stone projects. In this role, you’ll combine design expertise, sales execution, and project coordination to deliver an exceptional customer experience—from first consultation through final installation. Key Responsibilities: Client Experience & Sales Meet with clients in the showroom to understand their vision, needs, and budget Recommend materials and design solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, and other interior projects Develop proposals and guide clients through the decision-making process Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle Project Coordination Oversee projects from contract through final installation and billing Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timelines, specifications, and expectations are met Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve issues Take ownership of project outcomes and customer satisfaction Showroom & Brand Representation Deliver a welcoming, consultative showroom experience for all visitors Maintain merchandising displays and sample organization Stay current on design trends, materials, and applications Marketing & Content Capture and edit photo and video content showcasing projects, materials, and processes Contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives Track content trends and competitor activity to inform marketing efforts Maintain organized libraries of project photography and video assets Requirements and Qualifications: What You Bring Client & Communication Skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly Clear, professional communication in person, by phone, and in writing Confidence guiding clients through purchasing decisions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Design & Technical Skills Interest in interior design, materials, and spatial aesthetics Experience with photography, videography, or visual content creation preferred Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva 3–5 years of experience in a showroom, sales, or customer-facing role Background in interior design, retail sales, or related field preferred Ability to lift and handle stone samples (up to 40 lbs) Employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance Vacation and Sick paid time off Life insurance Simple IRA – 100% company match up to 3% Company-paid fitness membership Why This Role Stands Out This is a hybrid role that goes beyond traditional sales—you’ll play a key part in shaping the customer experience, managing projects, and contributing to the brand’s visual identity and marketing presence. #J-18808-Ljbffr Freshwater Stone
