Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and accurately record prescribed medications
• Perform clinical procedures including dressing changes, catheter insertion, and IV placement
• Adjust and operate specialized medical equipment as needed, interpreting and recording measurements
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license or valid compact state license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Current skills checklist pertinent to Medical Surgical specialty (within the last year)
• Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with regional referral center or high-volume Medical Surgical environments
