You will support clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning and supervising the nursing staff. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring they receive excellent direct care.Responsibilities: Resident Care CoordinatorSupervising and training the nursing staff to ensure quality of careProviding resident care when there are staffing needs, including on-call rotationCompleting the daily shift report and communicating changes or concerns to the appropriate staffVerifying the proper distribution and required documentation of medication, treatments and ordersParticipating in regular resident assessments and service planning, and following up with ancillary health care services as neededAssisting with the move-in and move-out process including tours, orientation and family communicationActing as the lead supervisor in the Director's absenceWhy we should be your "home away from home"Work environment: Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch.
