Artificial Intelligence Lead

What you will do at Sogeti:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for Databricks, Azure, MLflow, MLOps, and AI model deployment.
• Design and implement LLM-based applications, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, including effort estimation, sprint planning, UAT, and production releases.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to define requirements and delivery plans.

What you will bring:

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, MLOps, and AI Governance.
• 9+ years of overall experience in Data engineering, Data analytics or related fields with at least 2+ years of hands on experience with AI/ML
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, MLflow, and Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML projects through the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
