Summary The Client Advisor at the Meatpacking store serves as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience while driving sales. This role provides expert product knowledge and styling advice, builds and maintains client relationships, and upholds the brand’s image and presentation standards. The Client Advisor anticipates client needs and supports store operations to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach. Provide expert product knowledge and tailored styling advice. Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets. Develop and maintain a client book; engage clients via follow-ups, invitations, and personal styling sessions. Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines. Process transactions and operate the POS system efficiently. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care. Support back‑office tasks and participate in visual merchandising activities. Requirements Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands. Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills to engage clients. Sales‑driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Customer‑centric approach and cultural awareness to interact with an international clientele. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
