Location: Hybrid – Bolingbrook, IL (Onsite 6 times per month: every other Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Pay Rate: $27/hr
Duration: Through February 27, 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within iCIMS .
• Provide timely candidate communications, including interview confirmations and scheduling updates.
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a seamless and professional interview experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Manage scheduling conflicts and adjust interview logistics as priorities change.
• Assist with recruiting operations and other team initiatives as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling candidate information and recruiting documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or administrative operations.
• Previous interview scheduling or recruiting coordination experience preferred.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMS .
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
