BDC Customer Care Specialist
The BDC Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless vehicle buying experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the showroom
- Provide accurate information about vehicles, pricing, and promotions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
