Job Opening - Digital Ads Specialist (Ongoing Contract) Bullhorn is looking for a Digital Ads Specialist for an ongoing contract basis. This position requires at least 10-15 hours per week and the ownership of various advertising accounts on Facebook and Google. Description We seek a candidate who is curious, creative, and driven to succeed in digital advertising, with a blend of creative and analytical/problem‑solving skills. Experience Needed At least 6-12 months of experience in digital advertising What Success Looks Like For This Role Skillfully managing Facebook, Google, and YouTube campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs Fully owning ad accounts and being responsible for their success Continuously learning new ancillary marketing skills such as web page building, Zapier automations, and dashboard building Proactively seeking ways to grow client accounts by expanding into new strategies or channels Communicating regularly with project managers and account managers regarding campaign status and performance Skills Needed A positive attitude, deep curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in digital advertising Working knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms Ability to analyze campaign data and make intelligence decisions for optimization Ability to write compelling and persuasive text ads for Google and Facebook Ability to generate creative ideas for new ads on an ongoing basis About Bullhorn Bullhorn is a small but growing digital advertising agency based in Nashville, TN, helping companies grow influence, leads, and revenue using smart, data‑driven advertising. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bullhorn Media | Nashville
