Brand Marketing Specialist (Marketing Project Manager)

Location: Franklin, TN (Onsite 3 days/week)
Duration: 12-month contract (through 2026; potential extension/perm in 2027)
Pay Rate: $36/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to support the execution of a large-scale, multi-channel brand campaign across North America. This role is highly execution-focused and operates as a project manager within marketing , ensuring campaign initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with the approved brand strategy.

This is not a strategy or creative role -the ideal candidate will be a strong operator who thrives in coordinating people, timelines, and deliverables across a complex marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Coordination

Execute a multi-channel brand campaign across paid media, email, and social channels
Support rollout of a newly refreshed brand across business units and services
Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution
Align campaign intake, scope, and deliverables with leadership direction

Program & Timeline Management

Co-develop and manage the master campaign timeline using Airtable
Translate campaign strategy into clear workstreams, milestones, and deliverables
Track dependencies across paid, earned, and owned media channels
Identify risks and escalate issues with recommended solutions

Agency & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the day-to-day execution contact for media agencies and publishers
Coordinate media inputs, asset requirements, trafficking timelines, and launch readiness
Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and platform specifications
Consolidate internal feedback and manage agency revision cycles

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with internal teams across marketing, demand generation, and brand
Align campaign execution across paid, owned, and shared media channels
Support planning and execution tied to key partnership events when applicable

Operational Support

Manage campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables throughout the lifecycle
Maintain strong documentation and reporting across all project workstreams
Develop polished PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders (expert-level proficiency required)
Provide light copywriting support as needed

Required Qualifications

2-5+ years of experience in marketing program/project management or campaign execution
Proven experience executing multi-channel brand campaigns
Strong background in managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint (must be highly polished)
Experience working with marketing tools such as Airtable (or similar project management platforms)
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with external agencies and media publishers
Familiarity with paid, earned, and owned media ecosystems
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
