Position Title: Accounts Receivable Admin Specialist Wage: $19.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday) Are you an organized accounting professional who enjoys keeping financial operations running smoothly? Accounts Receivable Admin Specialist Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice tracking and payment follow-up Enter and maintain accurate data within the company\'s accounting and payment processing systems Contact customers and clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment status Verify invoice receipt with customers and assist in resolving issues that may delay payment Navigate and utilize the company\'s new financial software platform to monitor invoices and payment activity Maintain detailed records of customer communications and payment updates Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments Support general administrative and clerical functions Requirements for Accounts Receivable Admin Specialist 1-3 years previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, administrative support, or bookkeeping Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls to customers regarding invoices and payment collection Highly proficient with computers and technology; able to quickly learn new software systems Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain seated and work at a computer workstation for extended periods Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry Ability to communicate effectively by phone and email throughout the workday Ability to lift office materials up to 30 pounds occasionally IND061 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
