Overview Responsible for originating residential mortgage loans through a variety of channels. This role requires proactive business development to generate self-sourced mortgage opportunities, convert prospects into loan applications, and recommend customized mortgage solutions tailored to each client\'s financial needs. Responsibilities Develop and originate residential mortgage loans through multiple channels. Generate self-sourced mortgage opportunities through proactive business development. Convert prospects into loan applications and present customized mortgage solutions. Qualifications 2+ years of experience. Must have existing referral network established to provide mortgage leads. Strong product knowledge and underwriting requirements for Conventional and Government mortgage programs.
