We are currently seeking experienced and licensed Mortgage Loan Officers who are passionate about sales, driven by results, and committed to delivering a world-class customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective borrowers
- Recommend loan solutions that align with client goals and current guidelines
- Analyze customer financial information to qualify borrowers and structure deals
- Maintain a consistent flow of sales activity through outbound calling, networking, and referrals
- Work closely with internal teams, including Processors, Underwriters, and Team Leads, to ensure timely closings
- Ensure all loan files comply with industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with leadership and share best practices to support ongoing team growth
What We're Looking For
- Active NMLS license in Michigan (additional states a plus)
- Proven success in a mortgage sales or Loan Officer role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Working knowledge of wholesale lending processes and systems preferred
- Strong ethical judgment and a client-first mindset
