Janie and Jack LLC seeks a General Manager to lead a premium children’s apparel store. The GM drives sales and profitability, delivers exceptional customer service, and ensures flawless execution of visual and operational standards. This role hires, trains, and develops a collaborative, inclusive team aligned with our brand values. The GM manages scheduling, payroll, inventory, and loss prevention while analyzing KPIs to optimize performance. You’ll partner with district and corporate teams on merchandising, promotions, and omni-channel initiatives, shaping a memorable shopping experience and supporting growth across stores and e‑commerce.
