Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a fast growing and exciting company to work for in Menlo Park CA. We are looking to hire multiple Mechanical/Manufacturing Technicians to work on a long term (Temp to Hire) basis.
Job Overview

Responsibilities:

• Leverage your mechanical prowess and unique skills to construct cutting-edge components and assemblies for our generators, following procedures while also identifying opportunities for innovation
• Conducting thorough inspections of test units and meticulously documenting your findings to provide crucial insights for our engineering team
• Proactively identify and implement improvements that enhance both the safety and efficiency of our groundbreaking work

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and/or repair. Experience with automotive or heavy equipment assembly is a plus
• Proven ability to learn quickly, a strong sense of self-motivation, and a demonstrated commitment to safety
• Experience with precision measuring instruments, capable of measurements down to .001", using tools such as micrometers, bore gauges, and gauge blocks
• Metal fabrication skills are considered a plus

$28 - $37 an hour (Pay rate DOE observed during interview process)

This position is onsite at our Menlo Park HQ . The salary will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions based on employee location as well as the experience of the employee. Along with the base salary, upon becoming a regular employee of our Customer/Company offers pre-IPO stock options + benefits.
