Type: PRN (Per Visit) | Pay: Competitive pay per visit + trip fee

What You'll Do- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, guided by an experienced RN supervisor.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for quality, coordinated care.
- Observe, report, and document changes in patient status and help implement care plans.
- Participate in patient education, medication review, and ongoing care assessments.
- Prepare progress notes and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For
- Texas Licensed CNA
- Reliable car, valid Texas driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification, negative TB screen, and Hepatitis profile.
- Familiarity with Kinnser/WellSky preferred but not required.
- Team player with great communication skills, adaptability, and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform regular standing/walking as needed. Perks & Benefits
